Dlyn provides digital services exclusively. We do not ship physical products. Your order will be delivered electronically to your registered email address.

Standard Delivery:
Your converted mobile app files will be delivered within 24 hours of order placement.

Upon completion, you will receive:

Delivery Method
Your app files will be delivered via:
- Email attachment with download links to your registered email address
- Secure cloud storage link for large file packages
- Direct download access through our platform
Email Delivery Requirements
To ensure successful delivery:
- Provide an accurate and active email address during checkout
- Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the delivery email within 24 hours
- Ensure your email inbox has sufficient storage space
- Whitelist contact@dlynstudio.com to prevent delivery emails from being filtered
Download Links
Download links provided will be active for a minimum of 30 days from the delivery date. We recommend downloading your app files immediately upon receipt and creating your own backups for long-term storage.
File Storage & Access
After successful delivery:
- You have permanent ownership of your app files
- You can download and store files indefinitely
- You receive lifetime access to your purchased application
- You can use the app files to submit to app stores multiple times
Delayed Delivery
In rare cases where delivery may be delayed beyond 24 hours:
- We will notify you immediately via email of the delay
- We provide updates on the status of your app development
- We ensure delivery within 48 hours at the latest
- We offer extended technical support if needed
If you do not receive your app within 48 hours of order placement, contact us immediately at contact@dlynstudio.com.
Delivery Failures
If we are unable to deliver your app due to:
- Incorrect or inactive email address provided
- Email server rejections or blocklists
- Your email provider blocking our delivery
We will attempt delivery through alternative methods. Contact us at contact@dlynstudio.com to arrange an alternative delivery method.
