Dlyn provides a web-to-app conversion service that transforms your website into native mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. We build and deliver app files within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide support for publishing to app stores.

• Be responsible for publishing and maintaining the app after delivery

You retain all ownership rights to your website content, brand assets, and the final app we create for you. We retain ownership of our proprietary conversion technology and processes. You grant us permission to use your website content solely for the purpose of creating your mobile app.

Due to the immediate nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once development has begun. However, if we are unable to deliver a functional app within 48 hours due to our fault, you may request a full refund. Refunds must be requested within 7 days of order placement.

8. Support and Maintenance

We provide publishing support and guidance to help you submit your app to the App Store and Google Play. After delivery, you are responsible for maintaining the app, updating content, and ensuring compliance with app store policies. Additional support or updates beyond initial delivery may incur additional charges.

9. Limitations of Liability

Dlyn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service. We do not guarantee app store approval, as this is subject to Apple and Google's policies.

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will meet all your specific requirements or that it will be error-free, although we strive for the highest quality.

You may not use our service to:

• Create apps with illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Create fraudulent or deceptive applications
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Violate any laws or regulations

12. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your access to our platform at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
