The AI Prompts Bundle is a digital download product. All sales are final and no refunds are provided once access is delivered.
The AI Prompts Bundle gives you instant access to all 12,000+ prompts the moment your payment completes: the full dashboard, TXT files, and Google Sheets. Because the entire product is delivered and usable immediately, it cannot be "returned" the way a physical product can. For this reason:
If you paid but did not receive your access email within 15 minutes (check your Spam and Promotions folders first), contact us and we will fix it quickly. Delivery issues are always resolved: you will either receive your full access or, if we cannot deliver the product for any reason, a full refund of that payment.
If you were charged twice for the same order, or money was deducted but the payment failed, the extra or failed amount is refunded in full to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Just reach out with your payment details.
